Sure.

I rebuild rtorrent with:

[tiger@laptop]~%make -C /usr/ports/net-p2p/rtorrent showconfig
===> The following configuration options are available for
rtorrent-0.8.8: XMLRPC=on "Compile with xmlrpc-c support"
     IPV6=off "Enable IPv6 support"
===> Use 'make config' to modify these settings

[tiger@laptop]~%cat .rtorrent.rc
scgi_port = localhost:5000
[tiger@laptop]~%

all works fine: http://tiger.ipfw.ru/files/rtorrent.png
