Number of processors determined in this "innovative" way then used to optimize JIT behaviour. Even more strangely that in the absence of "bogomips" in the data read from /proc/cpuinfo JIT assumes that it runs on SMP system. Since there is no way to fix misbehaving JIT (binary-only distro), we had to add bogos "bogomips".
