If you see this port only as a way to get to 3.0.0 then the answer is yes. I don't see it this way; the -devel port has now included SQLite drivers plus a lot of fixes (notably the change of BDB locking). If there is more that one person (which one == me) that thinks this port should be in the tree, I will update it to the last beta + some cvs fixes. Otherwise I'll do my local patches and try to help the way I can others on dspam or ports mailing lists. > Although I personally would have prefered a dspam > and a dspam-devel port it seems that we have to > accept that the port update has been done ;-) Yes, it has been :) > Since very important fixes have been done in CVS > version of dspam 3.0 the only thing I'd personally > wish as dspam user is, that the port allows an > option, to get the latest version out of CVS > automatically. I prefer to use the snapshots that jonz provide when an important bug/feature appears and eventually do patches from dspam cvs. [..] -- |__-_=__+__=_ IOnut, unregistered ;) FreeBSD "user" _=__+__=__-__=__| Everyone's in a high place when you're on your knees.
