[-- Attachment #1 --] Dear Sirs; I have an Internet provider for clients use, our main business is Engineering with CAE/CAD/CAM technology. My commercial URL is www.polycad.com.br. Our users could have their password changed in our website till some months ago. I have lost a webmaster for other job, he didn´t leave anything written for further assistance and this process stopped working. Our server is running FreeBSD. We can´t find any procedure to correct this problem, so our users/clients can´t change their password by our site. I´m starting to understand how our server works only now but I think the procedure used to change the password was removed. I´ve been looking over the internet and today I decided to contact you because I´m pretty lost! I wish I could have any directions about what to do, where to find a program/procedure to do what I need. I would appreciate very much any advise or suggestion in order to put this task to work again. I apologize for any incovenience.
