I think the best answer is no, but a more complete answer is yes, there are some IPv6 implementations for 4.4BSD-derived systems...several, in fact. The problem is that none of them is a clear "best" version, so the current plan is to take the good things out of all of the offerings, do some more work on it ourselves, and then have a "FreeBSD" version.
