Also, managing a mix of 15 and 14 port-packages that update at different times without some form of isolation would have its own issues as far as I can tell. chroot use and jails provide such isolation. Absent such, the FreeBSD OS has never documented using such a mix of multiple official port trees as far as I know. (I make no use of any games, or even of more than console I/O =E2=80=94-nor= systematic use of i386 code. Nor have I ever previously.) You seem to be after a type of support that has no prior analogous example. As far as I can tell pkg32.sh has never had any official status for support. It is part of i386-wine, not of the FreeBSD OS. It is not part of the ports infrastructure either, never pre-supplied, as I understand. You seem to be asking for the FreeBSD OS to take over such support responsibilities and st= art providing official documentation. That would be a very new activity as far as I can tell.
