Hello Now I have tried almost every version of the 5.0.x driver that is availiable up to kernel 2.1.102 patched with 5.0.18. My 2940UW wont work with any of them :-( The only kernel I can get it working with is a vannilla 2.0.29... when I try to boot a kernel with 5.0.x, I only get abort due to timeout when it is scanning channel A for devices. It doesent matter if there are any devices on the bus or not. the output from dmesg under 2.0.29 is listed at the bottom of this email.
