I wasn't able to test the update before it was committed, but it doesn't have any runtime regressions for me so far, so that's good! However, something I haven't seen reported before, is that it breaks for the ACPI_DEBUG case. (Which I have in /etc/make.conf) The first thing to do is to add the new file dmobject.c to the debugging section in the modules/acpi/Makefile. However, there are some more hairy things that prevent it from simply just working that I am looking into now.
