This causes problems for your users who are expecting to get the full, high-powered, sexy international version of OpenSSL, but actually get the semi-neutered US domestic version. Furthermore, it's probably illegal to export the code from the US and may cause legal hassles for the operator of the mirror you're fetching from. Thanks!
