i am running Freebsd 2.2.1-R on a p150 with a quantum fireball 4.3 scsi2
drive.

every so often (once a week) the system locks up.  not from a heavy load
the error i get is this:

please advise.  could it be the adaptec drivers in 2.2.1?  should i upgrade
to the newest freebsd?  or am i having hardware probs?
