hi there,

i'm having a bit of a problem with usbconfig. the problem first occured a few
days ago. when i try to disable a usb device with power_off the power state
changes to SAVE and not OFF. if i try to enable the usb device with power_on
it won't work although usbconfig tells me the power state is ON. the only way
to get the usb device working again is to unlpug it and plug it in again.

last week i could switch the power state from off to on and vice versa without
any problems.
