I have 3.1-RELEASE installed on my computer, but during the installation, I thought I read that 3.1-Release and 3.1-Stable had converged. I can't ftp in to verify the message, cuz cdrom.com is too busy. I also thought I remembered a question from someone who said that when they tried to install 3.1-Release that they were redirected to 3.1-Stable.
