[-- Attachment #1 --] What about if I downloaded all the 4.3 release to my hard drive so for example I would have C:\FreeBSD and in it I would have Bin, manpages and the lot. so it would be like C:\FreeBSD\Bin and so on. Then could I burn the freeBSD directory to CD so it would be E:\FreeBSD\ ??? I have made the two floppies (kern.flp and msroot.flp) so would use them to boot ionto the installation. And what is the ISO image??? Would i need one if i have the floppies and the home made CD? cheers Rich [-- Attachment #2 --] <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN"> <HTML><HEAD> <META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"> <META content="MSHTML 5.50.4522.1800" name=GENERATOR> <STYLE></STYLE> </HEAD> <BODY bgColor=#ffffff> <DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>What about if I downloaded all the 4.3 release to my hard drive so for example I would have C:\FreeBSD and in it I would have Bin, manpages and the lot. so it would be like C:\FreeBSD\Bin and so on.</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Then could I burn the freeBSD directory to CD so it would be E:\FreeBSD\ ???</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I have made the two floppies (kern.flp and msroot.flp) so would use them to boot ionto the installation.
