BTW how to output ' or \ character in manual page placed in
/usr/local/man/RU_SU.KOI8-R? In manual pages placed
in /usr/local/man sequence \' and \\ works, but in .../RU_SU.KOI8-R
' and \ character are ignored.

Is it a bug? Or I do something wrong?
