Hi ,

Thanks for the suggestion .While trying to install the dependent package
/data/ports/converters/libiconv

>cd /usr/ports/converters/libiconv
>make install

I got the below error for this :

" ===> Switching to root credentials to create
/var/db/ports/converters_libiconv
su: Sorry
===> Cannot create /var/db/ports/converters_libiconv, check permissions
*** [do-config] Error code 1

Stop in /data/ports/converters/libiconv.
*** [config-conditional] Error code 1

Stop in /data/ports/converters/libiconv.
"

when I type sudo su below error shown,
"% sudo su
Shared object "libiconv.so.3" not found, required by "sudo""

Have you come accross this issue?. If so could you please let me know how
to resolve it?

Thanks & Regards ,
Uma
