As the patch is quite large ~240K i have placed it at
http://sources.zabbadoz.net/freebsd/ports/xerces-c2-2.3-2.5-20040220.diff
There is also a tarball of the ports directory from textproc/xerces-c2
with the up-to-date port for easier committing available at
http://sources.zabbadoz.net/freebsd/ports/xerces-c2-2.3-2.5-20040220.tbz
