On my system, it's actually:
tawa-lib,11:03am> uname -r 2.2.7-RELEASE
tawa-lib,11:03am> file /usr/X11R6/lib/libXt.so.6.0
/usr/X11R6/lib/libXt.so.6.0: FreeBSD/i386 compact demand paged shared library not stripped
ie you could fix it by:
> mv libXt.so.6 libXt.so.6.0
Looks like all your X share-libs have a missing minor number.
