Notice that the VM doesn't crash but just hangs in the booting process as indicated in the attached screenshot. This issue was likely introduced by the fix proposed for the following issue https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D219857 since previous b= uild are not affected.
