URL: http://svn.freebsd.org/changeset/base/242154

Log:
Allow net80211 to be built on -9 and -8.

There are some people who use the -HEAD net80211 and wireless drivers
on earlier FreeBSD versions in order to get the updated 802.11n support.
The previous if_clone API changes broke this.
