It is due to the fact that I'm also running routed on 161.74.69.63 which is FreeBSD dialup server. I was using routed on the FreeBSD dialup server to add the route for the ppp interfaces. I've now added the 'defaultroute' keyword to /etc/ppp/options on the FreeBSD dialup server and I stopped routed, so this route is not exported anymore.
