Meanwhile, back in the bat-cave, my machine is still limping, and pretty soon I'm going to trash 2.2.2-release in favour of 2.1.5, which I have on CD and will actually install without trouble (a major plus if you intend to use an OS) Too bad, a missed chance for FreeBSD 2.2.2.
