I'll say they are still 1/2 baked.

What's the method for exposing various build options to 'pkg_add -r'
users?  It is less useful if there isn't a mechanism for choice to those
users.

P.S. What is the rule for how obtuse an option can be and still be
     OPTIONS'ed?
