Hello,

I have made some changes to the biabam script that are listed below
and would like to update the port. I am not sure on how to do it, but
do not know how.

It seems that I have gotten it to work with a few changes.

I changed seq to jot as you recommended

For line 81 I changed uuencode --base64 -- to  uuencode -m
