 I've found a kinda 'dirty hack' workaround. It seems that gnomebaker 
 breaks as soon as cairo widgets are used, what is done if gnome is 
 greater than 2.20. 'dirty hack' is commenting out
 
 #define CAIRO_WIDGETS 1
 
 in config.h after
 
 make configure
 
 and placing attached patch into sysutils/gnomebaker/files
