I am having trouble installing a sb live card in my 4.2 stable box.  dmesg
shows:

pcm0: <Creative EMU10K1> port 0xb000-0xb01f irq 15 at device 9.0 on pci0
pcm0: ac97 codec invalid or not present (id == ffffffff)
device_probe_and_attach: pcm0 attach returned 6

I have included device pcm in my kernel and run MAKEDEV snd0.  Has anyone
run into this?  Thanks,
