/Hi friends,
I'd decided to trust and solve this issue by exporting the PACKAGESITE 
environment variable as 
"http://flashback.sorbs.net/packages/pub/FreeBSD/ports/i386/packages-9.3-release/Latest/" 
and by running the (deprecated but still functional...) "pkg_add -r " 
command to install the Samba package.
Well, seems to work well for now and Samba is finally installed in my 
FBSD 9.3-Release Server Box...
