Hi Rasputin,

you can download the source for man.cgi from the cgi script itself
at http://www.FreeBSD.org/cgi/man.cgi
Open the 'FAQ' page and click on the source link .... simple, is'nt it?

For historically reasons, the man.cgi script is maintained 
in a non-public separate CVS tree.
