I've been spending a lot of time in the Dell forums and have gotten used to using their abbreviations -- which aren't obvious to folks who aren't traveling in those circles. My mistake. When I said I had a "Dell i7500" I should have clarified that this meant an Inspiron 7500 (which is a laptop), so all of this is working off of one 30gb hard drive. Thanks for your reply... I guess I will need PM -- so I'm back to my original question of what OS I should choose.
