And also should there no notwork connection necessary if(!) this filter is already used before! Every used film_emulation_filter is only loaded from the Internet on FIRST USE! After that first use it should be stored somewhere local. It seems that this usage of local stored filters is broken.. Its always looking to the internet. But why?
