But I thought part of the purpose of having src/contrib was to clean this
kind of stuff up!  xntpd should be moved to src/contrib and cleaned up in
the same manner.

cdpath=/usr/src/{,bin,sbin,usr.bin,usr.sbin} use to be real real handy,
now it takes a string 200 characters long to make it work :-(.
