First the one clear and easy to address error: configure: error: --enable-gnutls and --disable-libgcrypt are mutually exclusive. Fixing this allowed configure to proceed, build, and run just fine. Next the odd ones: checking for GOOM... no configure: WARNING: Library libgoom2 needed for goom was not found checking for PROJECTM... no configure: WARNING: libprojectM library not found checking for UDEV... no configure: WARNING: Library libudev >= 142 needed for udev was not found checking for MTP... no configure: WARNING: Library libmtp >= 1.0.0 needed for mtp was not found I'm not sure what those are, or what features they enable, but we seem to have ports for at least one of them? hth, Doug PS, my options were as follows: WITH_A52=true WITHOUT_AALIB=true WITHOUT_AVAHI=true WITHOUT_CACA=true WITHOUT_DBUS=true WITHOUT_DIRAC=true WITH_DTS=true WITH_DVDREAD=true WITH_DVDNAV=true WITH_FAAD=true WITH_FLAC=true WITHOUT_FLUID=true WITHOUT_FRIBIDI=true WITHOUT_GCRYPT=true WITHOUT_GGI=true WITH_GLX=true WITHOUT_GNOMEVFS=true WITH_GNUTLS=true WITHOUT_HTTPD=true WITHOUT_JACK=true WITH_LIVEMEDIA=true WITHOUT_LUA=true WITH_MAD=true WITHOUT_MATROSKA=true WITHOUT_MODPLUG=true WITH_MPEG2=true WITHOUT_MUSEPACK=true WITHOUT_NCURSES=true WITHOUT_NLS=true WITH_NOTIFY=true WITH_OCFLAGS=true WITH_OGG=true WITH_OPENGL=true WITHOUT_PLUGIN=true WITH_PNG=true WITHOUT_PORTAUDIO=true WITHOUT_PULSE=true WITH_QT4=true WITHOUT_REALAUDIO=true WITHOUT_REMOTEOSD=true WITHOUT_RUNROOT=true WITHOUT_SAMBA=true WITH_SCHROED=true WITH_SDL=true WITHOUT_SHOUT=true WITHOUT_SKINS=true WITHOUT_STREAM=true WITHOUT_SPEEX=true WITHOUT_SQLITE=true WITHOUT_SVG=true WITHOUT_SVGALIB=true WITH_TAGLIB=true WITH_THEORA=true WITHOUT_TREMOR=true WITH_TWOLAME=true WITHOUT_UPNP=true WITH_V4L=true WITHOUT_VCD=true WITHOUT_VORBIS=true WITH_X264=true WITH_XCB=true WITHOUT_XOSD=true WITH_XVIDEO=true WITHOUT_ZVBI=true -- Nothin' ever doesn't change, but nothin' changes much. -- OK Go Breadth of IT experience, and depth of knowledge in the DNS.
