Sorry, forgot about it. After removing spinlock_enter() and spinlock_exit() I was able to boot with ACPI, there were no kernel panic. However, system "hangs" after some period of time (up to several minutes) - I able to switch between consoles (alt+Fx) but cannot enter anything from the keyboard. Also able to start debugger with ctrl+alt+esc. And sometimes if I enter to debugger and continue to work (with "c") system starts to work (I mean, able to enter from the keyboard).
