While we're on the subject, I decided to try it out again..running xf86cfg
switches into graphics mode and starts to display a window, but then
crashes with a sig10. It looks like it's trying to access freed memory:

(gdb) bt
#0 0x28338f5a in strcmp () from /usr/lib/libc.so.4
#1 0x807477c in free ()
#2 0x8074a4c in free ()
#3 0x8074e10 in free ()
#4 0x8057b66 in free ()
#5 0x804bc13 in free ()
#6 0x80531d6 in free ()
#7 0x804baed in free ()

Anyone else seen this?

Kris
