FreeBSD dmesg for Compute Module 4 IO board

RPI 4 Compute Module 4
(https://www.raspberrypi.com/products/compute-module-4/?variant=3Draspberry=
-pi-cm4001000)
and its IO official board
(https://www.raspberrypi.com/products/compute-module-4-io-board/) are unabl=
e to
boot 13.2, 13.1 and 14.0-current.
13.1 and 13.2 keep rebooting constantly, 14.0 does not even start booting.
Tested with serial console and monitor.

appears that the devmatch issue is not solved for this platform, and the on=
ly
way to make the system boot is adding devmatch_enable=3D"NO" to rc.conf.
In addition, the PCI slot is not loading the drivers, and could not make any
PCI to SATA cards (that work on FreeBSD) - ASMedia ASM1061, Marvell 88SE9215
(both covered by AHCI).
attaching the dmesg.
