When in sysinstall (from the boot.flp you will have to download) tell it to _only_ use /dev/wd0s2. This is the extended partition where your d: drive currently resides. This will ceate a second "primary partition" (slice in BSD) that can be set bootable so the BIOS will boot FreeBSD instead Win95. Alternatively, you can download BootEasy from /tools/srcs/bteasy. There is a DOS program (BOOTINST.EXE) in that directory that installs a small boot manager.
