I went to enable login auth with pam_ssh in pam.conf and noticed that
pam_ssh.so isn't installed in /usr/lib on this 4.5-RELEASE machine.  I
checked some of my machines that have been upgraded to 4.5, and they have
pam_ssh modules from earlier version of FreeBSD.  So.. what would be the
correct way to install/enable pam_ssh auth in 4.5-RELEASE?  Is the
module not included in /usr/src/lib/libpam/modules/Makefile for a reason?
Any pointers on this are much appreciated.
