You know, I'm about to shoot myself. I mistyped "router" and somehow failed to notice that despite having looked at it half a dozen times. So basically, yes, I had the entry in rc.conf, but it was flat out wrong. Well of course it works fine now. Dang.

On a different note, how can I get my hands on cvsup? It doesn't appear to be on the base system, and it's not in the sparc64 packages on ftp.freebsd.org. It's listed in the net category, but the link must be broken or something because I get the "file does not exist" error. I notice as well that the source tarball unpacks into "projects." I wonder if I might trouble someone for a supfile, as an example secondary to the one that comes on the iso.
