Hey gang,

I've been fixing various warnings in the kernel and have a simple patch
for cam at http://www.FreeBSD.org/~jhb/public_html/patches/cam.patch.
It makes cam_sim.sim_name a const char * instead of a char * and wraps
a debugging variable in in a function in an appropriate #ifdef. Is it
ok for me to commit?
