I'm trying to build rtpmon from the ports tree on 2.2.2. Once compiled,
it says:

rtpmon: version conflict for package "Tcl": have 7.6, need 7.5

Before I linked 7.6 from /usr/local/lib into /usr/lib and re-ran configure,
it complained that it had 7.5 and needed 7.6. Is there any way to make it
happy? I need to be able to build it from source, as I need to do some
hacking on it, and if I have to start by fixing stuff this fundamental,
it's going to be a very unpleasant experience... Thanks...
