I just now remember that I used a patch for GTK 2.x to make the Window re-paint (move/resize) faster. Patch: http://lists.gnome.org/archives/wm-spec-list/2002-December/msg00023.html So, this might be issue with it. I really have no idea. I am planning to do the upgrade -CURRENT by buildworld/kernel then do the "rm -rf /usr/local/* /usr/X11R6/* /var/db/pkg/*" and install everything from stratch. Current, I have around over 300 stuff installed and it takes portupgrade to start do the upgrade gaim or a very small apps over an hour.
