Synopsis: /usr/bin/more uses termcap ti and te

State-Changed-Why:

This is arguably the correct behavior. ti/te are supposed to be the
startup/ending sequences for any program that uses termcap. The fix
for this problem would be to use the '-e' flag for more. It could be
argued that -e should be the default, but that breaks it for those of
us who don't have a 'clear screen' sequence in 'te'.
