I do not know which version of Ekiga the port compiles tooday. I compiled
directly from SVN /ptlib, opal) and from git (Ekiga); the code of detecting the
devices /dev/videoX and sound /dev/dspX was Linuxisch and I provided patches to
the Ekiga domain; newer version of Ekiga should have them; see also
