Although it's possible someone here knows the answer, it's poor etiquette
to ask MS Windows questions on a list dedicated to FreeBSD multimedia
stuff.  Can I suggest the Usenet newgroup comp.lang.tcl?  It seems very
active, and those guys can probably help you.
