 Glen-san,

 The removal os reference to floppy installations was already spotted as
 PR: docs/155982 by eadler@.

 As blackend@ said in this PR, PC98 arch needs installation floppies and
 there are floppies directory even for 8.3 RELEASE
 ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/pc98/8.3-RELEASE/floppies/
