Big mistake IMHO! It should have been done as tcl76. Also, is it v7.6 or
  7.6p2?

I'm confused, what is the mistake? There already is a tcl76 port.

Quite frankly, I hope no one will -ever- use the tcl75 port, but it's
there just in case someone MUST use tk41. (I don't believe in breaking
things.)

The point of my message is that I brought back tcl75 using the port
conventions made in tcl76, so you can have 75 and 76 co-existing on
the same machine.

The old tcl75 port was horribly broken and out of date before it went
into the attic.
