A search on the web and my email database, indicates that every email using 
that character set is using it to hide the origional characters from spam 
checking software. I am now going to have to update my spam script *sigh* 

(Just search for ISO-8859-3 in google and you will have ample instructions on 
how to lose weight or enhance a body part).
