	Sorry, I should have said. I'm running Apache 1.3.1 with mod_perl
1.15, the latest releases. I'm familiar with the FIN_WAIT_2 issue, which
hasn't been a problem on FreeBSD in my experience. (I'm running FreeBSD
2.2.6.)

	I haven't noticed anything odd in the logfiles, unless you
consider "Unable to spawn child process" to be odd. :)
