No prob.  I found that setting for the PHILIPS_FR1236_NTSC seems 
to work.    Thanks for the hints!

I'm not sure what would be the best way to fix the signatures,
but to recap, (so the driver can potentially better "auto detect").

	My system is a WinCast model 447
	The tuner chip appears to be compatible with FR1236MK2
	The system claims to not support the FM decoding.

	The board returns the following from sign.c:

		signature contents, 0x01 thru 0xff:
