Are you talking about ia64 specifically? Anyway, I don't think so: TZAV> pkg version -vX teT teTeX-3.0_7 = up-to-date with port teTeX-base-3.0_24 = up-to-date with port teTeX-texmf-3.0_9 = up-to-date with port TZAV> Updated just fine with portmaster, with no manual intervention.
