yes, my last commit was:
fsmp        1997/07/14 21:56:59 PDT

the major changes affect INT service so lots of IO is a good test.  Also
changed the way systems using "options SMP_TIMER_NC" are setup, so a
works/no works yell from anyone running those would be nice ( I always get the
"no works" yells, but seldom the "works" variety!).
